Crystal is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and the Founder of Holistic Haven, a community-centered mental health practice focused on trauma-informed, inclusive care. She serves as Board Secretary for Connection Crew, where she brings clinical insight, organizational leadership, and a strong commitment to equity-focused behavioral health access. Crystal is passionate about building supportive, skill-based programs for adolescents and adults with cognitive impairments and behavioral health needs, with an emphasis on social connection, emotional safety, and community integration. Her leadership is grounded in whole-person care, ethical governance, and the belief that mental health support should be accessible, community-rooted, and dignity-affirming.
