Who We Are
Connection Crew is a Chicago-based nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for adolescents and adults with cognitive impairments and behavioral health needs. Founded by experienced public service and mental health professionals, Connection Crew addresses gaps in socialization, community engagement, and supportive services for underserved populations.


Connection Crew provides structured, group-based programming that supports emotional wellness, life skills development, peer relationships, and community integration. Our services are grounded in trauma-informed, person-centered, and culturally responsive practices.
We serve individuals impacted by autism, Down syndrome, serious mental illness, trauma, and social isolation.
